Governance

Governance of SocioNet, naturally, follows the principles and methods of sociocratic governance. The organization currently consists of a general circle composed of John Buck, Sharon Villines, Greg Rouillard, Monika Megyesi, and Shanna Leonard.

The Board or Top Circle is still in formation and additional circles will be formed following the conference in the Yukon in June where SocioNet will begin active membership recruitment and announce a series of new programs.

The Bylaws are available  – some revisions are noted but not finalized — and additional policies and documents will be posted as they are available.
